Main Problems in a govenment school

This Blog is not to criticise or hurt any one so if hurt any one unknowingly please forgive me.


I want to share something with you people.

Problems faced by a Government Teacher in a Rural place:

1. People expect and teacher wants to come to school in time but fail to come due to lack of transport facility.
2. If he wants to stay there his family will not support him to stay there about 98%.
3. People expect that teacher will change the life of their children but they will not send students to school regularly.
4. In some schools there will be more teachers but less students and in some other schools there will be less teachers and more students.
5. If in any school there is no sufficient staff it takes about years for recruitment to take place.
6. Even the best student also cannot get good percentage why because he is from poor family and he have to go to field to earn something.
7. The teacher also wanted to teach his children using multimedia but in some schools teacher wont have Projector, TV, Etc.
8. In some UP schools he have to teach some subjects in he have very little skill.
9. He have to do more paper work than teaching.
10. He have very little chances of promotions.
11. In some villages he may face problems due to political involvement.
12. In some villages lady teachers face problems because of rogues of that village.
13. Teachers cannot go against them legally also why because they have to go there the next day itself.
14. The biggest problem is there will be no facilities.
